Yesterday I came across a delicious looking recipe over on The Sweet Life! She created this dish as part of a cleanse.

I doubled the beans and used 2 cans, seasoning them with chili powder, garlic and onion powder. I then cooked my rice in chicken broth. I topped mine with homemade Pico de Gallo, avocados, and roasted sweet potatoes (roasted with olive oil and seasoning salt).
